It depends on your country and the shipping method. Unless your checkout shows duties/taxes as included, buyers are responsible for import charges.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the box, packaging, shipping label, and damage. We’ll find a fair solution.

Eligible items can be returned if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Custom size/color orders are handled case-by-case.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item is defective/damaged/incorrect, we’ll take responsibility for the solution.

We provide a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal indoor residential use.
