We usually choose the fastest reliable option available for your destination. Transit time is typically 3–5 business days when express is available.
Customs fees depend on your country and shipping method. If duties and taxes aren’t included at checkout, you’ll be responsible for any import charges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Share photos of the box, packaging, shipping label, and the damage, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
You can return eligible items by contacting us within 30 days of delivery. Custom size or color orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If the item is defective/damaged/incorrect, we’ll take responsibility for the solution.
We provide a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal indoor residential use.
