These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made from Groove Wood Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Most of our pieces are made-to-order. Lead times are shown on the product page and at checkout.
Because each piece is produced in small batches and finished by hand, slight variations in grain, texture, and tone are normal and part of the product.

We offer customizations such as special color and dimension adjustments. Custom orders may have different timelines, pricing, and return eligibility (see Refund Policy).

Prices are shown on the website in the currency selected at checkout.
Taxes, duties, and import fees may be included or excluded depending on destination and shipping method. If taxes/duties are not shown as included at checkout, the buyer is responsible for any customs charges.

We start production soon after an order is placed. If you need to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible.
If production has not started, we’ll do our best to cancel. If production has started or the order is customized, cancellation may not be possible or may involve cost recovery (materials/labor already committed).

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We provide tracking when available.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address.

If we learn we cannot ship within the stated time (or within 30 days when no time is stated), we will contact you with updated options (delay consent or cancellation/refund), aligned with the FTC Mail/Internet Order Rule approach for U.S. customers.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• outer box (all sides)

• inner packaging

• damage close-ups

• shipping label

We provide a 12-month limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects under normal indoor residential use.
This warranty does not cover: normal wear, scratches, misuse, improper assembly, exposure to moisture/heat/sunlight beyond normal use, accidents, or modifications by third parties.

This warranty is in addition to any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country.

All website content (texts, images, drawings, product designs, brand assets) is owned by Groove Wood Studio and may not be used without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye Turkey. Disputes will be handled by competent courts in Türkiye unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction states otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.
