Processing time (made-to-order)

Our typical production time is 2–3 weeks. Made-to-order production begins shortly after purchase.

Shipping time

We generally ship with express services. Typical transit times:

• 3–5 business days (express, when available)

• 7–14 days (depending on destination and carrier)

Times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Carriers & tracking

We ship via the best available option through our logistics partner (often UPS/FedEx). Tracking is provided when available.

Customs, duties & taxes

Customs rules vary by country. Unless your checkout explicitly states duties/taxes included, buyers are responsible for import taxes and customs fees.
(We may offer duties/taxes included for certain destinations/shipping methods, such as some U.S. shipments, depending on the selected service.)

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, reshipping costs may apply.

Damaged packages

Report damage within 48 hours with photos of the box, packaging, label, and the damage.
