REFUND POLICY

Returns & eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items. To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. (Return/exchange windows on marketplaces like Etsy often use a 30-day framework; we keep this consistent across channels.)

Items must be returned:

  • in original condition

  • with all parts/hardware (if included)

  • securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

Custom / personalized orders (case-by-case)

For orders customized in dimensions or special colors/finishes, returns are reviewed case-by-case. In many jurisdictions (including EU/EEA), customized goods may be excluded from the standard withdrawal right.
If a custom return is accepted, the refund may be adjusted to account for non-recoverable costs.

Return shipping costs

For a young brand shipping large furniture internationally, the most sustainable and standard approach is:

  • Customer covers return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

  • We cover costs (or offer a solution) if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This matches common marketplace expectations where return shipping responsibility is defined by the seller’s policy.

Damages / defects / wrong item

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (box, packaging, label, and damage).
We will propose a fair solution: replacement parts, repair guidance, partial refund, or full replacement/refund depending on the case.

Refund timing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we issue the refund within 7 days.

Non-returnable situations (examples)

  • normal wear and tear

  • damage due to misuse or improper assembly

  • alterations by third parties

  • incomplete returns (missing parts) or poor packaging that causes transit damage
